Orkut redesign

I worked as UX designer for orkut, a Google product and the 4th largest Social Network worldwide. Also as a researcher for some quick and dirty tests and evaluations. My job was not just do mocks, prototypes and visual appealing designs, but also work together with the team to improve and change the DNA of this popular web application.

Launch Capital

In this project I worked on intranet and website for Lauch Capital, a company from USA, Massachusetts. I worked as UX designer and visual designer. This project was a partnership with North by South an engineer company located at silicon valley.

BDMG Portal

BDMG is a huge public bank in Minas Gerais, Brazil. I had a challenge to build a better UX in their website, intranet and microsite for small cities. As a consultant I did all UX design and research, except the visual design done by a local agency. A lot of methologies was applied here like heuristic analysis, benchmarks, interviews, surveys, structural maps, interaction maps and personas.

Update or Die

A very popular blog in Brazil (600K unique visitors/month), I redesigned the user experience to set the focus on social networks and readers participation.

Frozen Poetry

An artistic-experiental project selected by Marginália+Lab an indepent media lab in Brazil. The interaction in this work is conducted by the public using ice cubes that reveals poetic fragments on screen.

Intra comunication

Intra is a small agency focused in internal communication for companies. As they asked me I did a short term project, with User Centered Design methologies where we did quick and dirty research that allowed us to build wireframes with good basis so then the agency could do the visual.

Jovem Pan FM

Jovem Pan is a FM Rádio in Brazil, this is an application to bring the radio experience to iPhone with some nice features. In this project I worked as UX designer and researcher, the UX of this application was evaluated through focus group, benchmarks that build the basis for wireframes. After the framework development other projects had emerged, then I worked on visual design, icon design and illustrations.

Nike “Canarinho” web radio

Using the same framework developed for Jovem Pan, I only worked on the visual design for this project.

Lembreto

A web application where users can create SMS channels and spread to friends. This web plataform, that also has a mobile interface, was one of the most challenging projects that I managed. I worked as an UX designer and researcher, so I lead usability testing, cardsorting, heuristic analysis and a lot of paper prototyping. I worked also as a visual designer in this one.

Aorta

Aorta is a Brazilian Start Up where I worked for a couple of years as a design manager. In their website I worked as a designer since the wireframes, on visual design, on frontend development and even in the Drupal CMS config.

Skank radio

Using the same framework developed for Jovem Pan, I worked as a visual designer, icon designer and with the UX for desktop player. Skank is a Brazilian pop band and this project won a important award in Brazil called multishow.

STB 180º

180 is a news site, part of UOL (Universo On Line - 30M unique visitors/month), a huge news site in Brazil. I worked as UX designer, visual designer and as a frontend developer.
