<p>Can you understand the instructions beside? The worst is this is not a tool only for experts. This is a hidraulic elevator for public transportation in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. This would be a great help for wheelchair users.</p>
<p>A <a href="http://www.cmbh.mg.gov.br/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=9980&amp;Itemid=241&amp;filter=">Local Law</a> obligated public transportation to have a elevator. The issue is I already had saw some situations whose people gave up to use that tool, due the complexity in use. It&#8217;s sad to see an initiative to acessibility being abandoned due lack of usability.</p>
