BDMG Portal

BDMG is a huge public bank in Minas Gerais, Brazil. I had a challenge to build a better UX in their website, intranet and microsite for small cities. As a consultant I did all UX design and research, except the visual design done by a local agency. A lot of methologies was applied here like heuristic analysis, benchmarks, interviews, surveys, structural maps, interaction maps and personas.
